1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We hope you love everything you buy from Panache Fashion House, but we understand that sometimes customers may not be satisfied with their purchase for whatever reason, and therefore we promise a full refund if you are unhappy with your purchase – just return your item(s) to us within 14 days from the date shown on your dispatch note. You can expect your refund 14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s). We recommend you return your item(s) via Recorded Delivery so that you have proof of postage.
For European countries,please return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
Bear in mind that pierced jewellery cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.
Please also note: Tags must not be detached from the clothing item(s), Goods that are damaged, or show signs of wear and tear, may result in your refund being declined.
2. FAULTY GOODS
If the goods we have supplied are faulty, you may return them and receive a full refund, provided you do so within a reasonable time of discovering the fault.
Please note that we may not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.
3. DO I NEED TO NOTIFY YOU IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes, please notify us in advance, informing us that you want to return your item so that we can expect your goods and we can prepare your refund. If you want to return your goods in accordance with our Returns Policy for unwanted item(s), simply return your items in accordance with section 4 below.
4. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:
- Notify us via email email@example.com informing us you want to return your specific item(s).
- Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached. Complete the return slip and include it in your package.
- Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
5. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s). We’re sorry, but we are unable to offer a free returns service.
6. HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?
We aim to process your return and refund you within 14 days from the day that we receive your returned goods.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide proof of postage from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the proof of postage.
We will refund your money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
7. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges at this moment in time. If you would like to return an item, please return your item as outlined in the above sections and we will happily process a refund for you.
